配置网站不当造成宕机。

下午2点开始配置优化联盟网服务器，由于技术人员操作不当。所以发生宕机。影响大家访问，2小时后恢复正常。

造成宕机主要是配置代码出现问题，造成静态网页失败，服务器无法解析ip 和域名。
